PROSECUTOR REQUESTS GRAND JURY IN NORFOLK SOUTHERN POLICE ACTION SHOOTING

Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney, Vicki Elaine Becker, has requested the Elkhart Circuit Court empanel a Grand Jury to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding the non-fatal police action shooting of a young man by a Norfolk Southern Police Officer in May of this year. The Grand Jury will commence on Wednesday, December 27, in the Elkhart Circuit Court.
