Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney, Curtis T. Hill, Jr., will join representatives of the Elkhart Police Department for a press conference regarding the investigation of homicides in the 600 block of Strong Avenue, Elkhart. The press conference will take place at Elkhart Police Department at 10:00am today.
