Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney, Vicki Elaine Becker, will conduct a press conference on Tuesday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. in the Court Room of the Goshen City Courthouse, 111 E. Jefferson Street; Goshen, Indiana. Mrs. Becker will give a statement regarding the 2011 murder of James Miller followed by a time for questions.
