The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has resources available on our website, www.elkhartcountyprosecutor.com to allow those who need, or want, to stay home during these times, access to our services. We have information and forms for Victim Assistance, Child Support, as well as a link to the Elkhart County Court system’s database.

Protective Orders - We added Protective Order forms and instructions at www.elkhartcountyprosecutor.com/victim-assistance/forms. If you need assistance with these forms, you can call 574-523-2237 and an advocate will be happy to assist you. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.

Child Support – If you need to apply for child support, you can find forms and helpful information at www.elkhartcountyprosecutor.com/child-support/forms. If you need to make a payment for child support, instead of going to the clerk’s office, you can pay online at Childsupportbillpay.com/Indiana or call 866-972-9427 (Additional fees apply). You can utilize PayNearMe.com/Indiana and MoneyGram.com. There are several convenient locations, such as CVS, Family Dollar, Kroger and Walmart, where you can make cash payments. We will have links to these on our website. You can also mail a check, or money order to: Indiana State Central Collection Unit PO Box 7130 Indianapolis, IN 46207-7130 (Please include your ISETS case number and custodial party name).
