4-D CELEBRATES 4-H

It is 4-H Fair time in Elkhart County! Come on out to the Elkhart County Fairgrounds and celebrate 4-H with the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney. We love being a part of the 4-H Fair and getting the opportunity to interact with the community.

This year the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney’s booth theme is: “4-D Celebrates 4-H”. What is 4-D? The term “IV-D” comes from Title IV Section D of the Social Security Act, which established the Child Support Enforcement program in 1975. Title IV-D is a free service in the State of Indiana.
