Elkhart County Prosecutor Curtis T. Hill, Jr. is announcing that his office has recently updated its web site to include a new module that lists the names of persons who  cannot be located and have unclaimed child support payments waiting for them, or persons who have overpaid and are due to receive a refund.  In order for a person on the list to collect the funds owed to them they will be required to submit appropriate picture ID’s and verification to the Clerk of the Court.                   Prosecutor Hill states “It is a priority for my office to ensure that children will receive the support they are entitled to and deserve.  Our ability to utilize advanced technology enhances our efficiencies in distributing unclaimed child support.”The newly established module can be viewed at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney’s  web site located at  www.elkhartcountyprosecutor.com.
