Kevin Taylor, Kelly Thomas, and Stacy Orue will face criminal trial proceedings in the Elkhart Circuit Court on November 29, 2004 for the murder of Gewndolyn Hunt. According to the investigation by the Elkhart Police Department Homicide Unit, Hunt was beaten with a pipe and shot in her apartment at 325 Harrison Street, Elkhart. The homicide is related to the trafficking of illegal drugs. Chief Deputy Prosecutor Vicki Becker will be the lead prosecutor for the State.
