December 30, 2005 Evan S. Roberts, a deputy prosecutor with the Elkhart County Prosecutor's Office was appointed by Governor Daniels as Judge for Elkhart County Superior Court #1.  Judge Roberts has been with our office since April 1999, where he served as a special prosecutor for domestic violence and sexual assault cases.  He is a graduate of Purdue University and John Marshall School of Law in Chicago.
