Bad Check Diversion – To postpone a criminal conviction

Business Packet – Forms that need to be completed by the business or person who accepted the bad check

Bad Check – A check that bounces at the bank (non-sufficient funds or closed account)

Restitution – The amount owed to the person/business who accepted the check
